Who Can List
- Businesses must be located in a destination covered by Caribex
- Only tourism-related businesses are accepted: hotels, guesthouses, tours, transportation, restaurants, and activities
- Businesses must have verifiable contact information (website, email, or WhatsApp)
- A real photo of the business or service is required
- Businesses must have a physical location or clear service area
What Is Not Allowed
- Illegal or unregistered businesses
- Misleading, false, or exaggerated descriptions
- Duplicate listings for the same business
- Businesses unrelated to Caribbean travel and tourism
- Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful
Listing Categories

- 🧭 Tours & Experiences — Guided tours, excursions, cultural experiences, diving, snorkeling
- 🚗 Transportation — Car rentals, airport transfers, ferries, water taxis, private drivers

Moderation & Approval
All listings are reviewed before being published. Caribex reserves the right to reject or remove any listing at any time without prior notice. Listings that violate these guidelines will be removed immediately.
Approval typically takes 1–3 business days. You will be contacted at the email provided if additional information is needed.
